Shalini, together with her husband, a local Oncology physician, has extensive experience in recruiting and welcoming new professionals and families from healthcare and other sectors, to the communities of Central and Southern Delaware. Shalini has extensive experience in community fundraising events, having served as co-chair of the Bayhealth Cancer Institute’s ‘Runway of Hope’ for the past ten years. Through her experiences raising her three children, and well as her prior experience as a teacher in the Caesar Rodney School District, Shalini possesses an intimate knowledge of the local schooling systems, both public and private.
