Dear Mr. Burns -

We are writing to express our appreciation for all Becky Curry has done to help us. Although we have expressed appreciation to her, we wanted to let you know as well.
Unfortunately the contract for the purchase of the house we wanted fell through and our search for a home in Dover will continue. The past several weeks have been extremely demanding for Becky. Because the sellers opted to forego representation, she was going double duty trying to coordinate everything for both parties. She has always handled matters on our behalf with the utmost professionalism, has watched for the beset interest of all parties involved, and maintained a wonderful sense of humor despite coming across repeated challenges and roadblocks. We are well aware that the demand of her time for this contract far exceeded the norm and she did not waver in her commitment to represent us even though she was working for a reduced commission. We now hope to find a great (maybe expensive!) home so she can be compensated properly.

We recently purchased our future retirement home in Dover, DE. Grace Hartman was our agent. She came highly recommended to us by the Rev and Mrs. MacCallum who also purchased their retirement home through your Brokerage.

We wanted to let you know how professional and patient Grace is. We were very particular in what we wanted when it came to a home. We started our home search, with Grace, in April of 2007 and closed on September 28, 2007 after visiting close to 80 homes. Grace never showed impatience or discouragement during this process.
