Courtney Gerardi is a Delaware native and joined Burns & Ellis, Realtors in 2002 as the advertising & marketing specialist, and assistant to Terry Burns. She is responsible for all our great looking ads you see in the Delaware State News, Dover Post, and The Real Estate Book, which helps to generate our great business. Courtney is truly an asset to our agents who depend on her for marketing their listings and updating the website.
Courtney also loves Real Estate. Licensed since 2007, She jumped right into the business and loves it! When she is not in the office she is just as busy! She has been a cheerleading coach for over 12 years and has coached for Harrington Parks & Recreation (Hurricanes), where she coached her team to a State Title in 2009 & 2010, US Final Destination Champs in 2009 & Reach the Beach National Champs in 2009, Harrington Pop Warner cheerleaders have been Conference Champs since 2006 & have maintained the title in all 3 divisions again this year! She is currently the Pop Warner President of the Harrington Huskies Pop Warner Program & just recently opened her own All-Star Cheerleading Gym. She was the Communications Director for Delaware Cheerleading Coaches Association in 2004-2005 and Gold Cheerleading Coach for the 2005 Blue-Gold All-Star Football Game. As head Cheerleading Coach at Caesar Rodney High School for 4 years, she received a national ranking in 2006. A full time wife and mother to a great little 10 yr old named Blake, who also stays busy with Baseball, Football, cheer, and wrestling which keeps her active in the community. Whew!!! Our office could not live without her spunk, smile, and energy, and we look forward to her continued contributions to our success.
