Ria came to the United States in 1956 and became a licensed Realtor in 1974. What is truly unique to Ria is her energy; she brings enthusiasm and passion to anything that she puts her mind to, especially when it comes to being involved in the community. She has been a member of the Dover German Club since 1990, and she is known as the lead cook for the annual “Oktoberfest,” during which she must feed about 500 people! (Her specialty is Wiener Schnitzel and Spaetzle with Sauerbraten). Furthermore, Ria and her husband, Bill, are parishioners of Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church. Together, Ria and Bill were instrumental in starting Dover’s Colonial Tennis Club.

Although Ria’s knees won’t let her on the tennis court anymore, her skills as a Realtor are as sharp as ever! She knows the business better than anyone, and most people are quickly humbled when they realize the breadth of knowledge that she holds in real estate. Most of all, however, Ria is known for her gifted skills with customers. She is famous for her expertise and great friendship!
