Steve joined Burns and Ellis in June 2007.
He is the owner of Green Diamond Builders, a Preferred Builder for Beracah Homes, and has offices in Felton and Smyrna. (www.greendiamondbuilders.com)
Having been in the construction business since 1982, he has hands on experience with many aspects of the industry, including renovations and remodeling, new home building, commercial, and project managing for several Delaware contractors.
Steve graduated in 1983 from Queen Anne’s County High School, received a AS in Construction Management in 1998 from Delaware Tech, and an AS in Aviation Operations in 2001 from the Community College of the Air Force.
He enjoys old airplanes and playing the piano. He is the keyboard player in a local Southern-gospel band (www.twomileroad.net) and plays in his local church.
His wife's name is Mary Lynn and they have three daughters Amy, Sarah, and Stephenie.
Steve has been in the Air Force Reserves since 1983 and has been assigned to Dover Air Force Base the entire time. He entered as a jet engine mechanic and then became a C-5 Flight Engineer in 1992. He as been activated for Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom.
