Richard is a native of Kent County (Trust a Local) and has been a licensed Realtor since 1997. He earned a BS degree from Wilmington College in Business Management. His professional career has been management, finance, and sales. He has always worked in a related field keeping in touch with real estate professionals and the industry itself. Richard has been active in many community organizations such as Little League, high school boosters, and residents associations.
