David Ulp
David has been a Realtor with Burns and Ellis since 1994 and a resident of Delaware for 40 years. He has been a top producer in 2007 and 2008. He has served on the golf committee and the social committee for Kent County Association of Realtors. He served as House Committee Chairman for Mapledale Country Club. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as their Ambassador. David enjoys active outdoor living; whether on the green at Mapledale or skiing the slopes of Colorado with his family.
