I have taken a long time to write this, but I would be remiss in not letting folks know how much Edna helped with a real estate transaction that I undertook in June of 2021. I was living in Virginia Beach with my finance but knew that we needed a home in Dover. We were preparing to build a home, but the contractor had just told us that it would be insane to move ahead given the prices and supply chain issues he was facing. On a Saturday morning, I was out doing errands and Nancy called to say that she had found a home on-line and that I needed to come home to sign a contract with a buyer's agent. Edna has been her friend since childhood, and she suggested we engage her as our buyer's agent. I drove home not sure about the house and less sure I needed a buyer's agent. I have to say that Edna did not disappoint. Contracts needed to be in by noon on Sunday and Edna facilitated getting the contract in on time. By 9 o'clock that evening we knew that out contract had been accepted, at not a great premium over the asking price. If you are in need of a real estate agent, you should definitely consider Edna!
